Awards night rewards hardworking NHS Staff

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust hold an ‘OSCA’s annual awards night’ to recognise their employees’ efforts and achievements.

As with any annual event, a key success factor is to keep it fresh so it continues to engage and inspire.

Knowing exactly what lighting, music, screens and special effects to use to create the right atmosphere are the crucial elements for a successful event and a night to remember for all those attending.

“We don’t have the required level of expertise, equipment and technical knowledge in-house, that’s why we use Quiet Storm. They have handled this on our behalf for years now and I have always found them really reliable. These awards are the pinnacle of our year for staff recognition. We are recognising the achievements and efforts of our valued staff so I need everything to go smoothly.

“Before the event we worked together to get the presentation ready. On the night Quiet Storm handled all the audio visual requirements; staging, lights, walk-up music, OSCA trophies for the photographs and dramatic confetti canons for the finale. The evening was slick and professional and the stage looked fabulous. The awards are a great motivator for our staff and Quiet Storm play a key part.”
