Nicole BanisterI first started working with Quiet Storm about ten years ago when their team provided marketing direction and support for Dataflex Design Communications, a floated international telecommunications company.

During the first six months of our working relationship Quiet Storm completed the re-launch of the Company which included reviewing all literature and stationery, re-designing and writing the Company website, writing and communicating a brand strategy document as well as putting together strategic marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns. The website alone involved creating a complex Content Management System that other creative agencies would not have even contemplated; and from experience some will still not. In addition within the first year, with their careful direction and leadership, Quiet Storm reduced the overall marketing expenditure by at least £150k per annum.

More recently Quiet Storm's proactive approach provided the impetus behind the branding, design and re-launch of three company websites that make up the John Bourne Group of companies. Each site had its own specific positioning requirements and using the Quiet Storm’s host of web products They were able to create three unique sites – corporate, product and e-commerce. To further endorse the company brands and increase sales their free ongoing follow-up client support and training ensured that our marketing team had the understanding and skills to ensure the companies appeared at the top of the most commonly used search engines. Combined with the Quiet Storm Mailblast technology; a year later has seen the company online sales double.

Over the years, if I have needed the services of a forward thinking and dynamic agency I have always approached Quiet Storm. They get the job done with their ‘can do’ attitude; constantly thinking outside the box and finding solutions to even the most complex of projects. If I have the choice I would never work with another agency as their sound judgment and professionalism filters throughout their team who have always been a pleasure to work with.
